A strong phlebotomy background and reliable transportation are required, with certification preferred in some cases. Salary offers range from $23.20 to $24.90 per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately as required.
• Obtain identification and collect billing information and payments when required.
