Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in West Haven, UT, working Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM. The role focuses on collecting specimens, patient interaction, and accurate data entry in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens following established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information; enter data accurately.
• Navigate computer systems and manage billing information as required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, transport preparation).
• Perform non-patient duties (inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, emails).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
