Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training and verify orders via lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing and answering phones.
