Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Bellevue, WA, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with rotational weekends. Requires state phlebotomy license; COVID vaccination proof may be required. Pay range: $26.35–$31.40 per hour.

High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred. Excellent benefits offered and performance-based incentives. Role involves specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/overtime; reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, etc.).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Review test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
