Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Seattle, WA seeks a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens and manage related duties in a Monday to Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends.

Applicants must hold a state phlebotomy license where required, with vaccination confirmed. The role includes data entry, specimen processing, and strict adherence to procedures. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, etc.).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders and enter data in lab systems.
• Navigate computers and manage billing information as required.
• Process specimens with labeling, centrifuging, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, cleaning, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and records in a timely manner.
