Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab technology systems and client information.
• Enter data accurately and maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature logs.
• Process specimens, label, centrifuge, aliquot, and prepare for transport as required.
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory, stocking, and answering phones.
