Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Littleton, CO, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational Saturdays. Pay range is $23.00–$27.00 per hour, with potential annual bonus eligibility.

The role requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience, including diverse patient populations, and strong data entry skills. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification is preferred and may be required in certain states.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions according to established training.
• Verify orders and enter data using lab technology systems and approved tools.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, following policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, and email/phone tasks.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
