Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Highland Ranch, CO, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM schedule and Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. The position offers a pay range of $23.00–$29.00 per hour and opportunities for annual bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities include collecting specimens, verifying orders, data entry, and maintaining logs. Qualifications require three years phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and preferred phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric exams.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders by using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and compliance with policies.
• Complete online and in-person training courses timely.
