Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our Richmond, MO team. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a pay range of $20.00+ per hour plus incentives based on performance and organizational factors.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, lab data entry, order verification, and preparation for transport, with opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Formación

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify test orders using lab technology systems and client contact.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, following policies.

Conocimientos

Keyboard/data entry

English language proficiency

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic)

Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
