Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry demonstrated accuracy and speed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab tech systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and process billing information per policy.
• Handle specimen processing: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient-facing duties: inventory, cleaning, filing, phones, emails.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training completion.
