Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Lansing, IL seeks a Phlebotomist II to join our team. The role requires working a rotating schedule: Mon–Tue 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Wed–Thu 8:30 AM–7:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, plus rotational Saturdays 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

The position offers a pay range of $21.75–$24.90 per hour with potential annual bonus based on performance and company factors. Strong attention to detail and data entry skills are essential in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Navigate lab technology systems and verify orders with client contact and approved tools.
• Enter billing information accurately and collect payments when required, following policies.
