Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders and enter data in lab systems using approved tools.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and prepare for transport as required.
