TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Milwaukee, WI to draw blood, prepare specimens for lab testing, and clearly explain procedures to patients. You will work under supervision, with a schedule that may include weekends and on-call, and potentially rotate across locations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred in some states; 1–3 years phlebotomy experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred where applicable.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in CA, NV, WA or per state rules.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail/service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsabilités

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure safe, accurate collection.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling after venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Work at multiple locations as needed and cover PS centers.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and superior customer focus.
