Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for first shift in Glen Ridge, NJ. This onsite, 3-month contract role offers $24.51–$26.27 per hour and requires strong phlebotomy skills along with pediatric and geriatric capabilities.

The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for testing, patient interaction, and accurate documentation under supervision. Travel to multiple locations may be required; onboarding and safety practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred in some regions.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required in certain states.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Verify patient demographic information and document procedures accurately.
• Maintain required records and support a positive image to patients and staff.
