Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist II to support a healthcare facility in Philadelphia, PA 19119. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, plus every other Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Local contract for 12 weeks with a pay range of $24.51–$26.27 per hour. Responsibilities include blood draws across all ages, labeling and processing specimens, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Three years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Experience in a Patient Service Center and data entry/keyboard skills preferred.

Job Summary:

Responsible for collecting blood specimens, processing samples for laboratory testing, and providing excellent patient service. Ensures accurate specimen handling while maintaining patient confidentiality and following established procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
