ManpowerGroup is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist II to join our healthcare team in Eagan, MN. You will collect specimens, ensure accurate labeling, and support diagnostic testing in a high-volume setting.

This contingent role emphasizes patient care, quality collection techniques, and compliance, with travel to multiple locations and a schedule that supports an on-site clinical environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Strong phlebotomy skills for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following procedures and quality standards.
• Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are labeled in patient’s presence.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining integrity.
• Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming environment for patients.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed to support operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred
• Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Strong keyboarding, data entry, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
