Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with venipuncture experience.

• Current AHA BLS certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Complies with Health First laboratory policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles collection and processing of patient specimens, including offsite phlebotomy as applicable.
• Meets performance metrics and strives for quality patient care.
• Ensures accurate patient identification to avoid errors.
• Performs competency assessments as required and uses basic computer tools.
• Supports staffing needs and proper time management for shifts and coverage.
