Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy license required.
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients entering the facility.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a trustworthy, safe environment.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while upholding confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation under supervision.
