Job summary

Talentify seeks a Phlebotomist I for the Bakersfield, CA location to join a Medical Research team. You will draw blood, prepare specimens for testing, and ensure accuracy and patient comfort in every procedure.

Under supervision, you will maintain records, follow safety protocols, and demonstrate professional communication with patients. A valid phlebotomy license and 6 months of experience are required; high school diploma or equivalent is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy license required.
• 6 months phlebotomy experience.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities
