• Obtain quality blood samples using various phlebotomy methods for all age groups (venous, capillary, arterial, line collections).
• Provide rapid response to medical emergencies such as traumas and codes.
• Interact with patients, nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, proper specimen labeling, handling and transportation; assist with training of students and new employees.
