Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; medical training preferred and phlebotomy certification where required. One year of phlebotomy experience and good English communication are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Medical training is preferred for this role.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Review test orders and verify with lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email).
• Follow departmental policies and participate in statistics/data submission.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training completion.
