Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client communication tools.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain and enter billing information, collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, prep for transport).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, emails).
• Read and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with statistics and data submissions as needed.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training records.
• Complete online and in-person training in a timely manner.
