Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I in Auburn, CA, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends. A state phlebotomy license is required; NHA licenses are not accepted in CA, WA, NV. Pay range is $22.20 to $24.55 per hour, with potential annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a state phlebotomy license.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Navigate lab technology systems and verify orders.
• Enter data accurately and manage billing information when required.
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory and cleaning.
