Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California requires phlebotomy certification; CA, NV, WA requirements vary.
• Medical training preferred and phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Navigate lab systems and verify orders using approved tools.
• Enter data accurately and maintain billing information when required.
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory and sanitation.
