Community Health Centers of the Central Coast in Nipomo, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collection for laboratory testing under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

You will maintain infection control, verify patient information, and ensure specimen integrity while following HIPAA and safety policies.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of phlebotomy experience; valid CA CPT license and CPR card.

• High school diploma or GED required with two years phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in a clinical or laboratory setting preferred.
• Must maintain HIPAA confidentiality and safety standards.
