Quest Diagnostics in Erie, PA is seeking a Phlebotomist I to collect specimens and support patient testing. The role operates Monday through Friday, with rotational weekend coverage, and offers a minimum pay of $20.00+ per hour.

Benefits, training, and performance-based bonuses may apply. High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred and medical training such as MA or paramedic is a plus.

• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact information.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for transport (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting).
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
