Minimum pay starts at $20.00+ per hour, with potential eligibility for annual bonus compensation based on performance and factors such as skills and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per corporate policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport.
