Qualifications

• State phlebotomy license is required for this role.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred; required in CA, NV and WA.
• NHA licenses are not accepted in CA, WA, or NV.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders and data using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain patient information and process billing when required.
