Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a contract role based in Needham Heights, MA 02494. The position offers 3-4 months+ duration with a high possibility for conversion to full-time.

Pay rate ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, and shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, specimen processing, EKG, and accurate data entry. High school diploma required; pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred with at least 3 years in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pediatrics phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups.
• Performs specimen processing and EKG in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
• Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.
