SGMC Health seeks a full-time Phlebotomist to join our team at the Main Campus. In this role, you will obtain and process specimens with strict adherence to our laboratory policies while ensuring accurate patient identification. Experience in phlebotomy or medical assistance training is preferred, and you will need a CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in phlebotomy or medical assistance training preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in performing data entry.
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process specimens from inpatients and outpatients.
• Accurate entry of laboratory requests and patient demographics.
• Transport patient specimens to the Laboratory.
