Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a phlebotomist to support fast-paced hospital or laboratory settings in Wisconsin. You will perform blood draws, label and transport specimens, and ensure accurate test requisitions.

The role requires state phlebotomy certification, a minimum of 6 months venipuncture experience, and proficiency with MS Office. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens as required.
• Label specimens and ensure correct test requisitions.
• Operate centrifuge and process specimens per protocol.
• Record maintenance data and update patient information.
• Explain venipuncture procedure clearly to patients.
• Maintain OSHA/DEP compliance and participate in trainings.
