Description:

Collect specimens for diagnostic testing, including blood, throat, nasopharyngeal, and TB testing. Key responsibilities include performing proper patient and specimen identification, maintaining aseptic technique during specimen collection, and using the correct equipment. Perform clerical activities such as logging in specimens, quick registration, and ordering labs, as well as basic processing of specimens such as centrifuging and transferring as directed to support diagnostic testing. May serve inpatient and/or outpatient areas. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High school graduation or equivalent.

Schedule: Daytime hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with alternating Saturdays.
