This is a remote, full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST).

• Processing medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status.
• Documenting information across multiple platforms using dual monitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
