Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Phlebotomy certification required within six months of hire or already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Front Office: assist with patient registration and insurance information; handle calls and referrals.
• Phlebotomy: perform venipuncture, label specimens, prepare for transport, maintain patient safety.
• Back Office: handle billing information and ensure timely processing of tests.
• Processing specimens: spin down, prepare for transport, manage STATs, maintain logs.
• Inventory: track supplies, order materials, keep work area organized.
• Computer utilization: operate Intergy/Flex-e Suite, load and verify insurance data.
• Other: travel to FMC locations as needed; maintain attendance and comply with policies.
