Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months of venipuncture experience in fast-paced settings.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain maintenance data.
• Collect and store specimens per procedures; explain venipuncture to patients.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging for transport, and OSHA/compliance adherence.
