Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater in Kansas City, MO for a 3-month onsite contract. The role requires solid phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collection, and the ability to work across multiple locations with flexible hours. Pay is $28.00 per hour, USD, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and a 401k.

Travel to patient service centers may be required. The PSR III will ensure accurate labeling, patient safety, and a professional, confidential environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; medical training preferred in some states.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Flexible hours including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, dress code, and safety guidelines.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Travel to multiple locations and cover patient service centers as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation accurately.
