Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those holding a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification. Responsibilities include ensuring donor safety and collecting blood donations in compliance with standards. The position offers flexible schedules that may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends, with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' experience in a Blood Center or other Healthcare environment preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions, seeking guidance as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood donations safely from volunteer donors.
• Ensure compliance with Blood Center standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Set up supplies and equipment necessary for collection events.
