At MKBC, we save lives every day by providing blood products to hospitals in PA and NJ. The Full-time Mobile Collections Specialist (Phlebotomist) position supports the Blood Center by collecting blood donations (blood and blood products) safely from volunteer donors in a compassionate and professional manner. The anticipated salary starts at $18.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees:
This position reports directly to the Donor Collections Manager and is based out of the Reading, PA blood center.
Hours vary daily based on schedule and can be either 7am - 3pm and 12pm - 8pm.
To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, and on-call to cover weekends and holidays.
A schedule is provided one to two weeks in advance.
The first month of training will take place onsite at our blood center at 1465 Valley Center Parkway Bethlehem, PA.
