Job summary

LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our rolling Hills, CA team to support Orange and South LA County sites. You will perform blood collections, handle specimens, and deliver friendly, accurate service across diverse patient populations.

Shifts vary Monday–Friday 6:00 am–6:00 pm with occasional Saturdays. Eligible for quarterly incentive program; pay range $21.00–$33.00 per hour plus a Float incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience as phlebotomist.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) is required.
• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for various tests and ensure proper labeling.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
