Position: Medical Records Processor (Remote)

This is a full-time, remote role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

• Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status.
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Working comfortably in a high-volume production environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
