Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Float Phlebotomist to provide blood collection services across Bloomington, MN and nearby sites. You will perform venipuncture, process specimens, enter data, and support billing while delivering excellent patient service.

This full-time role offers varied hours (Mon-Fri 7:00am–6:00pm), travel to multiple locations, overtime potential, and incentive bonuses with comprehensive benefits for employees working 20+ hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred certification or 6+ months experience as a phlebotomist from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture on patients across multiple sites.
• Process and label specimens accurately for transport.
• Enter patient data and related information into the system.
• Assist with billing and documentation as needed.
• Deliver excellent patient service and maintain safety standards.
• Travel to various locations may be required.
