Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Causal Rover to join our Fort Wayne, IN team. This role involves blood collection across age groups, data entry, and patient-focused service in a dynamic, multi-location setting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year phlebotomy experience; a certified program is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Weekday schedule with potential Saturdays and OT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of phlebotomy experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training can substitute work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis; maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
