Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Grabill, Indiana and Waynedale, Indiana. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens for various tests, and provide exceptional customer service at multiple patient service centers and client offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of accredited training program.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
