Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist-CDL Driver to support donor registrations, screenings, phlebotomy, and donor care. The role includes driving box trucks and buses, setting up collections, and restocking supplies. It requires a valid CDL B with airbrake endorsements and DOT Medical Certification.

You will work 30–39 hours weekly, including days, evenings and weekends, with paid training, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Customer service and public interaction experience.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Comfort with driving larger vehicles and various weather conditions.
• Valid CDL B (or above) with airbrakes endorsements; DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Register and screen donors; perform phlebotomy and donor care.
• Drive blood center vehicles and transport supplies and staff.
• Set up and tear down collection operations; restock supplies.
• Maintain safety and SOP compliance during donations.
• Participate in pre-employment checks and background screening.
