Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and donor screening experience preferred or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Screen donors through medical history, mini physicals, and testing results
• Perform venipuncture and operate automated collection systems
• Maintain accurate paperwork (run sheets, QC sheets, device logs) per SOPs
• Provide post-phlebotomy care and monitor donor reactions
• Keep donor areas stocked and organized; ensure proper supplies and equipment
