Job summary

OneBlood seeks a phlebotomy professional to perform blood collection and related procedures from donors in compliance with FDA and AABB standards. You will gather donor history and vitals, ensure safe collection, and uphold exceptional customer service at all times.

The role includes assisting with donor recruitment for apheresis and bone marrow programs, while maintaining accuracy in documentation and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruiting potential apheresis and bone marrow donors.
