Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collection procedures from donors in alignment with FDA regulations and AABB standards. You will ensure donor safety, maintain accurate records, and deliver professional customer service within a mobile unit or fixed site.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills to interact with donors and team members while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical history and vital signs from donors.
• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to customers.
• Assist with recruitment of potential apheresis and bone marrow donors.
