Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy and donor collection procedures in accordance with FDA and AABB standards. The role includes obtaining donor medical history and vitals, maintaining safety and quality, and delivering excellent customer service on mobile and fixed sites.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency to document procedures and assist with donor recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Must read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to organize work for timely completion.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
