Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a phlebotomist to perform blood collection procedures from donors in compliance with FDA, AABB, and internal policies. You will obtain donor history, collect blood components, and ensure donor safety and comfort in a professional, service‑oriented environment.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and basic computer skills are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with the ability to read and follow procedures in a fast-paced mobile unit setting.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruitment of potential apheresis, and bone marrow donors.
