The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain donor history, vitals, and consent. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruitment of potential donors.
